I am sure when eventually the temperatures will raise again I will start to fancy
more raw food but for the moment I have got to be clever and
trying to still get lots of green goodness into my daily routine.

raw food specialty items and superfoods and sticking
more to fresh produce, nuts, seeds, grains and dried herbs and spices to experiment with if this is the case.
I am a health professional and do recommend that people at least
try eating
more raw foods in their daily intake for better health.
Cooking
food can be helpful — cook spinach instead of feeding it
raw;
try overcooking rice, or pureeing meat to make it
more digestible.
