I'm going to
try using crushed brown rice
flakes instead of the
oat flour.
I decided I wanted to
try and reduce the amount of the
oat - quinoa
flake mixture in this breakfast bowl the lower the carb amount, but I didn't want to skimp on the volume — hello hangry by 10 am — so I added in a few tablespoons of coconut flour.
Overnight
oat recipes typically work best with large
flake / old fashioned oats, but if you give it a
try let me know how it turns out!

tried it with blueberries and blackberries, sadly no strawberries, and added raw honey /
oat flakes.
I would
try to keep the other grains very low in FODMAPs perhaps a brown rice
flake and you might be okay to add a tablespoon or 2 of
oat bran as well but like oats,
oat bran also has fructans and GOS.
