try oat milk (if you are not gluten intolerant), rather than cow's milk.

I'm a little hesitant on
oat milk as I
tried it once and ended up with such a goopey slimey like texture... But perhaps I soaked the oats too long.

tried a tasty variation of this today as I didn't have any almond
milk so I used
oat milk and the remnants of a can of coconut
milk which had a lot of lumpy, creamy bits.

To create a really creamy
oat porridge I add coconut
milk and
try to make sure that I get the thick part for at least half of the amount needed.

Since you've already made your

I once
tried to make
oat milk and ended up with a jug full of slime.
Soy
milks can vary from brand to brand, so
try to find one that suits you, or
try rice
milk or
oat milk, also available at supermarkets.
I used 1.5 cups of coconut cream and I also
tried it with
OAT milk and it worked well.

I've
tried using only plant - based

oat milk is more my jam) and I find that the pudding doesn't quite get creamy enough for my tastes.
Will
try the
Milk Thistle, but tests show my cortisol levels are reversed so also will
try oat straw tincture.
