Your story reminds me of when I was reading «Heat» and wanted to run right into my kitchen and
try some of the recipes Buford described (first the Italian lady's pasta, one egg, one etto of flour — see, easy, I remember, then Batali's pasta that he didn't publish in the Babbo cookbook, then a seafood pasta... and all with really no recipe, just prose.

Hi, love your blog and have
tried some of the recipes but find they can be a little hit and miss for those of us who do not deal in «cups», could you give the quantities in grams or oz as conversions for cups vary from country to country whereas the other measurements above are international and constant.
I'm for sure going to
try some of these recipes this year.
Tried many of your recipes and they work so well BTW, the rancidity is when the coconut oil is old / past expiry date, or when it reacts with moisture.
Though you should totally
try both of those recipes, because burrata does shine there.
