I love this
protein powder, I have
tried many vegan
protein powders and they either taste awful, they don't mix well (it is important to mix this
powder with your liquids BEFORE you add the dry stuff or it will get clumpy) or have sunflower lectin, soy or gluten after I found out that I am allergic to dairy, soy, gluten, sunflower seeds, green beans, yeast and basically everything good and this is by far and wide the best.
If you haven't worked with peanut
protein or
powdered peanut butter (like PB&M e or PB2 yet), I highly recommend you give it a
try.
If you have a favorite
protein powder, you can definitely
try it out.
I also only have vanilla
protein powder so was going to
try with that.
There are a huge range of
protein powders available on the market, I would really recommend looking at the ingredients list and
trying to get one that has as little ingredients as possible, many are packed with artificial flavourings and sweeteners which I wouldn't want to be consuming too regularly.

tried the frozen mangos from Trader Joes in a smoothie with banana, almond milk and vanilla

Yuve — When I was approached about
trying out this new
protein / nutritional
powder, I wasn't optimistic.
Verdict: The cost is comparable to other vegan
protein powders, and the
protein - to - sugar ratio makes this a must -
try for any vegan athlete.
