cooking healthy meals, finding free fitness routines, joining a fitness
class, etc..
You all know I love to
cook, but that hubby of mine hasn't been home much lately what with
class taking up all of his time (this is me
trying not to whine).
Try an unconventional activity such as visiting an indoor rock climbing wall,
taking a
cooking class together or planning a picnic in the park.
Take that
cooking, martial arts, or Spanish
class you always wanted to
try.
The Farm offers many free services and during my stay I enjoyed a fabulous afternoon tea,
took a guided walk,
tried floral design, participated in an exercise
class and got hands on in a vegan
cooking class.
I love to
cook and
try to
take cooking classes in every country I visit and maybe that is a difference, as I am not positive if others go out of their way to
take cooking classes in every country.
Get active outside your comfort zone - Go zip lining,
try a salsa dance
class, learn to
cook,
take an improv
class, go hiking, play board games - do things out of your ordinary routine.
