I've only used plantains for these, you could
try white sweet potatoes, but I'm really not sure how it would turn out.

sweet potato, as I used
white fleshed, and an actual measurement, as I must've used too much.

try zucchini slices, butternut squash, or even broccoli.

try to occasionally substitute
white potatoes with
sweet potatoes to boost your nutrient intake.
Try eating an organic
sweet potato instead of a
white potato for better nutrition and lower blood sugar levels.
