I've
tried some recipes already, my latest attempt was this almond and cashew
yoghurt and I just fell in love
with it!
In this recipe we use muesli and thick
yoghurt for the bottom two layers and a simple but delicious blueberry smoothie recipe on top, but we encourage you to use this as a starting points and
try the technique
with some of the other smoothies in the bundle or any smoothie of your own.

I only ask these questions as i am keen to
try this
yoghurt but being a Coeliac
with Lactose intolerance i have always avoided both milk and any product that is not guaranteed Gluten Free.

with just milk, no oil / no butter... Anyways, here I am and boy am I glad I'm finally spilling the beans.
My personal favourite is the gluten - free Bircher, which so far I've
tried with my macadamia and seeded milks, and sprinkled on my nana and pumpkin ice creams, and homemade coconut

I just
tried this, as I'm currently on the FODMAP restriction diet I couldn't be content without some granola
with yoghurt for breakfast.
If you're
trying to limit your fat intake it's best to ignore the label claims, check the nutrition information panel, and as a guide look for
yoghurt with less than 5g saturated fat per 100g.
Hi Franves, I've never substituted the oil, you could
try to replace half of it
with yoghurt or fruit puree.
Has anyone
tried to thicken the coconut
yoghurt with kuzu?
Seriously, I owe it to her — prior to that my
yoghurts were a mess of
trying to thicken
with agar agar and arrowroot and all kinds of stuff.
So, I am wondering then if using more starter / probiotic
with coconut milk
yoghurt would do the trick of
trying to thicken it up without having to add other thickeners.
