Hi Gabi, youncpuld easy change out the sweet potatoes for white potatoes or if you want to get extra healthy you could
try zucchini slices, butternut squash, or even broccoli.

sliced zucchini noodles (or eggplant, as in the photo above) in a colander,
trying not to overlap.
We
tried zucchini bread and muffins, a noodleless lasagna, salads,
sliced with hummus,
zucchini sticks with marinara (a new family favorite), pasta sauces... the list goes on and on.
For a variation, you can also
try some quickly - sauteed
zucchini slices (maybe replacing the cucumber).
Anyway, I had it the best possible way that you could
try zucchini for the first time...
sliced into
zucchini buttons, covered with a Parmesan / breadcrumb crust, and pan fried to a golden perfection.
4 large flour tortillas (
try spinach or sun - dried tomato for some color) 1 bag of pre-washed lettuce or spinach Your favorite veggies, washed and
sliced or shredded (e.g., mushrooms, carrots, celery, radishes, tomatoes, corn, beets,
zucchini, artichoke hearts, etc.) A tub of your favorite hummus 1 package Tofurky deli
slices (optional)
Try sensory play apple peels, vegetable peels, thin -
sliced zucchini, spaghetti squash, fresh herbs, kale, cooked noodles and more!
If you can't find the squashes here,
try small
zucchini and
slice them crosswise.
