I wonder if drinking the coconut milk or just eating the coconut meat itself provides the medium
chain tryglyceride benefits as the coconut oil?
Hello Paul, now 2 1/2 years later my lipids are HDL 94, LDL 173, & Triglycerides (59) & the Dr is still pushing the statins — even with the high HDL &
low Tryglycerides — which I politely decline.
