I have never really liked
cooked porridge and i had never
tried raw porridge.your photos looked so divine though, i had to
try it.
Though, usually I add roasted beetroot puree or
raw grated beets, but next time you have inspired me to
try adding
cooked and grated beetroot to a baked treat.
All the recipes in this cookbook are either
raw or very lightly -
cooked, and there is such a versatile number of dishes that you'll be spoiled for choice when it comes to picking one to

I am lactose and egg intolerant so was keen to
try out this recipe but I'm super disappointed with the result: (The bread is quite dense and
raw in a lot of places even though I
cooked it for double the time suggested (because every time I checked with a skewer it came out wet).
Cooking the links whole and then slicing (rather than
trying to slice soft
raw sausage) results in neat round coins that stay super juicy.
Tried and its still
raw in the middle looks good but not
cooked enough I think 25 mins would suit rolls more than a loaf

tried baking them for 10 minutes (375degrees) and they looked golden brown and
cooked through, but when we

I made this bread exactly as directed except that I didn't have dutch oven soI baked it a normal
cooking vessel wi lid on n then witho the lid... but mine came out
raw inside n even the crust didn't turn golden brown though I did
try baking a good ten mins extra... where do u think I went wrong I surely do wan na give another
try as its sooo very eazy... but when it turns out so inedible its demotivating... though I don't give up
