tried spirulina as I really don't do any type of
powders in a really long time.
In this period I also
tried everything from chlorella, to
spirulina, to zinc, magnesium, oxygen liquid, antibiotics, rice bran, purely fruit
powder, c - vitamins, a-vitamins... the list is LONG.
Spirulina, for those who are wondering, is a form of SEAWEED (and actually one of my favourite health
powders to use in smoothies —
try it with a banana, its amazing!)
