The solution that works for our family is to keep the baby as upright as possible after a feeding for at least 15 min (preferably 30 or more - a non-padded ring sling helps with this in the newborn phase, position baby vertically and tucked up as if they're swaddled then pull the sling TIGHT to hold them there,
tucking the tail around the rings if needed to keep it from working loose).
