tumeric because my yellow curry didn't give me that nice yellow color.

tumeric because I cook curry on my own and you add tumeric for color and for enhanced scent, and it's a cousin of ginger.

This is one my favorite recipes and has become a staple in my house... we call it «yellow soup»
because the first time i made it there was something of a
tumeric explosion in the kitchen that left yellow stains everyhere... Note to Self ~ do not attempt elaborate new recipes while intoxicated....
I love this recipe
because of the rich flavorful tomato sauce spiced with garam masala,
tumeric, coriander, cumin, and cinnamon.
I used white rice instead of brown,
because it was what I had on hand... I also chopped up and added 1/2 of a sweet potato, which I cooked with the onions at the beginning, and some
tumeric and curry powder.

tumeric — left out
because I didn't have any 6 cups low sodium chicken broth 1 15 - ounce can diced tomatoes (I apparently can't read and used a 28 ounce can!)
Because the ingredients are natural, users won't have to worry about Advanced
Tumeric Side Effects.
Couldn't really taste anything
because of the other ingredients, but I was happy to have the health benefits none - the-less I need to sneak

I have made golden milk using powdered
tumeric per you tube video and now I have fresh
tumeric root on the counter still; I have noticed it's presence the last 2 weeks and have been trying to ignore it
because of my trepidation to somehow figure out how to cook with it.
