I was taking a combination of black pepper and
tumeric in a liquid form.
Since I don't keep coriander of hand, I use
tumeric in place of the coriander.

This is pretty much all of my favourites in one (plus the more

I can't have chipotle, so I substituted curry & sprinkled

I also added a little

Every cook has their own recipe, making the taste vary slightly from person to person; and while the variety of spices are endless, the most commonly used
in yellow curry are coriander, cumin, mustard, chili powder, ginger, garlic, cardamom, cinnamon, and

A great drink to help relax is warm milk with 1/4 tspn ground
tumeric stirred
in — helps one to relax and drop off to sleep quicker
I have certainly noticed a difference
in my body since drinking this on a regular basis (my acupuncturist has been on my case for years to incorporate turmeric
in my diet as
tumeric is great for circulation and is an anti-immflamitory).

in the middle of preparation I realized we had zilch

Unfortunately I couldn't find sumac, I used
tumeric instead, and I enjoyed this combination (
tumeric tyme and sesame seeds) dissolved
in some good olive oil.
