I have been putting
Tumeric on my food, and I eat flax and chia seeds every morning.
I've been using
tumeric on food and in my green tea.
You can garnish it with a orange slice and / or sprinkle some grounded
tumeric on top.

Had your detox salad tonight and it is fabulous I used Pim seeds and walnuts instead of the cranberries and almonds and added some
tumeric fantastic planing

I add just a touch of
tumeric for coloring and a little salt for flavor and put it
on the table as a butter / margarine substitute to go
on GF pancakes, biscuits, etc., and even popcorn.

I have certainly noticed a difference in my body since drinking this
on a regular basis (my acupuncturist has been
on my case for years to incorporate turmeric in my diet as
tumeric is great for circulation and is an anti-immflamitory).
Last weekend I made your
tumeric muffins and they are delicious, I posted them
on my Dutch blog as well.
Currently this means brown rice + a basic yellow dal + plain yogurt
on the side + shredded brussel sprouts sauteed with a lot of indian spices (cumin seeds, some garam masala, some
tumeric, salt, a little chili powder.)
I used white rice instead of brown, because it was what I had
on hand... I also chopped up and added 1/2 of a sweet potato, which I cooked with the onions at the beginning, and some
tumeric and curry powder.
Also added
tumeric because I cook curry
on my own and you add
tumeric for color and for enhanced scent, and it's a cousin of ginger.
Add the
tumeric and curry powder and continue to cook
on a low heat for a minute.
Can this recipe be adapted to make the ginger
tumeric bone broth that you mentioned
on Instagram a couple months ago?

I am a size 0 with little to no fat
on top and a size 14
on bottom and have been
on a plant based diet for 6 months and take
tumeric supplements and have not seen reduction in the swelling in my legs, although I do have more focus, energy, and memory increased noticably.

Whoops I have been taking spoonfuls of the stuff today — I have a cold and I have an organic horseradish & apple cider vinegar with grape seed extract and
tumeric extract in it — and it says
