You can

- Garlic mix, as per most people on this forum have said you can crush garlic (mixer, blender etc) you can even mix with coconut oil) place in small
tupperware, (can refridgerate or
keep out) refridgeration will last longer, you can also make a big batch and freeze some).

All of these things separately can
keep well in

I layered them unfrosted in a
tupperware container with a piece of parchment between the layers to
keep them from sticking.
