The wide variety of different types of winter squash include Acorn, Buttercup, Butternut, Carnival, Delicata, Kabocha, Pie Pumpkin, Spaghetti,
Turban Squash, and many more.
Turban squash come in lovely, irregular, turban shapes and a range of mottled green, orange, and yellow colors.
We ended up with classic butternut, cute and plump acorn squash, vibrant
turban squash, sugar pumpkins and a few heirloom white acorn squash.
