The organic chicken and
turkey bone broths come from organic pasture raised chickens and turkeys that are free to scavenge.

The next day for lunch I sweated some onions and carrots in a dab of ghee, added
turkey bone broth I had in the freezer, tossed in the chopped sirloin morsel, crumbled dulse (seaweed), a dash of Himalayan salt, and some cooked quinoa I had in the fridge.

Last year saw Pacific Foods (now part of Campbell Soup) introduce organic
bone broths in two new varieties: Duck and Poultry (blend of chicken,
turkey, duck).
I used 1 % milk because that's what I drink and used our
turkey broth from cooking down the
turkey bones; and obviously,
turkey meat!
Making
bone broth works with most animal
bones, including any time you roast a chicken or
turkey.
All the other recipes I found suggested roasting chicken or
turkey first, and then making the
bone broth.
The only brand I have found as of this writing that is worth purchasing is Epic
bone broth (chicken, beef,
turkey, or bison) packaged in shelf stable glass jars.
To be honest, I was more excited about what I was going to do with my leftover
turkey and
bone broth than...

If you are a meat eater, throw seasoned
turkey meatballs in a slow cooker and freeze the meatballs, roast a whole chicken and use the leftovers for other recipes and make
bone broth / chicken stock with the carcass, take your dried beans and make slow cooker beans to freeze so you have them for soup and Mexican dishes, etc..

turkey bones is a fantastic addition to your dog or cat's dinner.
I've been feeding them a large - breed puppy kibble; some homemade «porridge» consisting of chicken
bone broth, chicken meat, hearts, and livers, millet, pumpkin, carrots, peas, and spinach, which i started cooking for them because their stools were so runny; canned
turkey and pea stew (for dogs) with pumpkin and probiotics mixed in; as well as Kongs stuffed with kibble, ground raw lamb (inc. organs), and cottage cheese, topped with a dab of cream cheese with a little peanut butter or pumpkin.
