I love that it's lean
turkey lots of veggies and protein, so as long as I go easy on the cheesy / sour cream topping haha it's pretty healthy and filling!

This is what I eat in a normal week: Chicken grilled with olive oil or coconut oil and seasoning Ground
turkey or beef with olive oil or coconut oil and seasoning Rice noodles or rice spinach noodles (Mrs. Leepers is a great brand) Brown rice Quinoa with chia seeds Nuts like almonds, walnuts and cashews 50/50 Spring mix on the side
of each meal Different fruits and
veggies (try to eat more
veggies though, as fruit has a
lot of sugar)
And with lean ground
turkey,
lots of beautiful
veggies and that flavorful sauce — wow — I'm in love!

turkey, mashed cauliflower and
lots of veggies.
I eliminated all that and ate 6 eggs a day,
lots of veggies, chicken and
turkey breast with the occasional steak.

lot of veggies, fruits, rice, nuts, lamb, chicken,
turkey, and salmon.

lot like the other Wellness recipe mentioned above, but the protein mostly comes from
turkey instead
of chicken, and it includes a few more antioxidant - rich fruits and
veggies.
