What I do is take a mug, fill it half with milk, then pour it into the pan, add two cloves, coconut oil, teaspoon of
turmeric powder, black pepper,
ginger powder
and half of tea spoon of brown sugar / honey / diet sugar,
and allow the mix to boil.
