Depending on the day we either start with a ritual morning cup of Golden Mylk, or we end a long day with some peaceful quiet time and

To make the

Wash the food processor, then
blend the second bowl of the cashew / cacao
mix with the juice of half a lemon and 1 tsp
turmeric until all combined.
This stew features is a global mashup in the best way: it features a mirepoix, the traditional French vegetable
mix or onion, carrot and celery to start the soup, but is
blended with coconut milk and
turmeric for an Indian flavor profile, and swirled with kañiwa, a South American grain.
There are many
