I am getting a but tired of my
turmeric milk + carob
milk rotations, so
now that black sesame is also easy to find here in Italy I am definitely gonna try this!
Occasionally, I use
turmeric to make the ultra popular «golden
milk» (my ancestors would be rolling in their graves right
now if they had graves, but they were cremated).
Now add the non dairy
milk, lemon juice / zest, vanilla extract, apple sauce, chia seeds, spirulina and
turmeric.
Now I'm going to make myself some
turmeric tea (coconut
milk, water,
turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and a dash of vanilla) and try not to think about how damn itchy I am.
Now would be a good time to simmer some cinnamon, ginger &
turmeric in coconut
milk to sip on because it's a bit lengthy, (sorry!)
Golden
milk is very trendy right
now, and for legitimate reason:
turmeric and ginger work wonderfully against inflammation.
