turmeric - based
tea used frequently in alongside the practice of kundalini yoga.
This is a super easy
recipe for making
turmeric tea (Golden Milk) that is a powerful anti-inflammation drink!
The only difference between this
tea and yours is that Yogi Bajan's
recipe includes a bit of almond oil, which aids in the body's digestion of the
turmeric.
I just made the
