But judging by the USDA's repeated actions against the interests of vulnerable animals over the last year, it's time to recognize an alarming but obvious truth: Under the Trump administration, the USDA has not merely

animals with impunity, but
to use their increasing influence, power, and wealth
to undermine the efforts of those laboring
to protect the lives of community cats, pit bull dogs, and shelter
animals whose killing PETA publicly champions
to the American public and our elected officials.
If there was any doubt that the bureaucrats in charge of protecting
animals in «shelters» and from PETA at the Virginia Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services (VDACS) will always
turn a
blind eye to abuse and killing, that doubt is now gone.
They even

blind eye to abuse and torture of
animals in shelters.
