requires a partnership with a private charter school operator that will manage the day - to - day operations of schools selected for state
turnaround efforts.
Somehow one can not help but think the main reason why some courts no longer publish their decisions anymore, is level of
effort required to change and coordinate internal processes (tweak some tehnologies) plus modify some court employee work tasks, to make this all work within a reasonable
turnaround time.
