Good points... another one, not necessarily related to the DIY «ness of multifamily syndications but important none the less: if you are looking for a passive RE
investment, the structure of a well crafted syndication deal has better alignment of the interests of the passive investor and the active partner IMO than, say, buying a
turnkey rental property.
