Your body is unable to fire random muscle fibers and will activate your slow
twitch fibers first every time... until the stimulus is too great.
We all know when you lift a weight the body uses the slow
twitch fiber first then as things get heavier the fast twitch fibers kick in.

First, increased metabolic stress increases the recruitment of fast -
twitch muscle
fibers while promoting fatigue of the slow -
twitch ones.
Well, according to the ascending recruitment principle also knows as the size principle, slow
twitch fibers are recruited
first during the exercise and faster
twitch fibers last.
First, as a precursor to the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, Alpha GPC is thought to help activate fast -
twitch fibers within your muscles, for harder, stronger muscle contractions and greater muscle endurance.

But
first lets clarify, «all muscle
fibers» do you mean all types of
fibers - fast

All of your slow
twitch fibers will be activated, all or nearly all of your intermediate
fibers will be activated, and some of your fast
twitch fibers will be activated on that
first rep.. The reason all those
fibers are activated on the
first set is that the slow
twitch fibers are not strong enough, by themselves, to lift the weight.
But, all the slow + all the intermediate
fibers were not strong enough to lift the weight so the brain had to recruit some fast
twitch fibers so that the weight could be lifted for the
first rep. Therefore, we see that simultaneous recruitment slow, intermediate, and fast
twitch fibers is occurring at the very
first rep.
When a load is placed on a muscle, the slow
twitch fibers will be recruited
