Some one mentioned a noise cancelling hack I thought was interesting... If you already own a pair of in - ears that give good noise isolation, if you add a set of hearing protector type ear muffs, it's an effective compromise with (supposedly) great sounding results, since the muffs don't interact with the sound signature of the IEM... I'd love for someone to test this out.
