Even though I am not diabetic, I know that
this type of agave is okay for diabetics.
As you might know here at LFA we are careful with
the type of agave nectar and it should only be prepared in the traditional way as miel de agave (reduced juice / sap of the plant) and not overly refined.
I bought organic Stevia, a Wholesome Sweeteners product, that contains
that type of agave.
Can you be more specific about what
types of agave you are referring to?

With no sucrose at all (or a
type of sweetener that ends in «ose») the ingredients don't react properly or cook right, so I always have to put a little in, such as

types of added sugars.
They're easily vegan depending on the
type of liquid sweetener you choose (maple syrup, honey, date syrup,
agave, and brown rice syrup are all good options) and the nut butter component is also a choose your own adventure situation.

type of flour (rather than the complex combination typical
of many gluten free creations) and are lightly sweetened with
