I love carrot cake, it's probably my favorite
type of cake really.

really, I think any
type of cake baked in a round pan like that could be called a bundt
cake.
It sounds a little like the sponge
cakes my mum bakes - when my sister and niece were diagnosed as celiac this was one
of the first recipes my mum made for them because they have so little flour it was easy to de-glutenise - not
really my favourite
type of cake and yet they make me so nostalgic that I sometimes fine them irresistable

really starch - heavy: taro, manioc (often as a pan-baked sweet
cake), several
types of banana which are customarily wrapped in leafy bundles like some sort
of tropical tamale, the islander's omnipresent staple — breadfruit, potato, umara (sweet potato), plus an island chestnut which, along with the manioc, breadfruit and some
of the bananas, can be prepared by grating and mixing with sugar, milk and coconut milk into both
cakes and puddings.
So add the frosting gradually and
really work into into the
cake crumbs, as the amount you need totally depends on the
type and texture
of your
cake.
The cookies are totally your style =) And you should
really get some
type of award for this
cake because there is a serious shortage
of banana flour recipes and none
of the existing ones look appealing so THANK YOU.
