Usually I do
some type of hummus or avocado - based dip, but for this campaign, I decided to experiment cooking with Dreaming Tree wine... and I think I found two new favorites in the process!

Since all of the above dressings are virtually fat - free (except for the tahini - based one, plus
some types of hummus will have added fat), I can hear the righteous voices telling me that we need healthy fats in our diets to process all of the vitamins, carotenoids, etc. in the raw salad vegetables.

Okay, MAYBE most

The reason for this is that many popular plant protein sources are quite high in starch —

In a tortilla, roll up any
type of leftover meat along with some pre-sliced peppers, lettuce, sprouts, or other compatible vegetables with a goodly amount
of a dressing, mayo, tapenade or
hummus, and serve with a glass
of dairy kefir blended with a dribble
of homemade chocolate syrup or grape juice.
You can also try using different
types of mustard or a dip like
hummus as a substitute that contains far less fat and saturated fat than mayonnaise.
