leadership position needs to have some time to get out
of the trenches, so I like to

types of programs every few years.
It either
did not matter or
did not occur to the judge that schools might require «loose coupling», or a set
of broad goals implemented with a different
type of leadership and management given the complexity

If you don't have «work experience» think about other
types of experience, such as
leadership experience, volunteer experience, etc..
When assembling your list
of skills, in addition to the more technical hard skills, such as
typing or operating certain machinery, don't forget to work in soft skills that may not be so obvious at first, such as people skills or
leadership skills.
Management skills are useful in many different
types of work and you don't need to have the job title
of «manager» to show you have
leadership qualities.
