any type of oatmeal cookie.

But regarding
type of oats, I have no preferences, because I've never really made
oatmeal cookies!
It's a very basic recipe: basically a flourless peanut butter
cookie (I make a lot
of these
types of cookies), with mashed bananas as a filler, and
oatmeal to make it healthy (yes, I believe if it has
oatmeal then it is healthy), and dark chocolate chips to make it... sublime.

I didn't want anything too rich or chocolately but more along the
oatmeal raisin
type of cookie... I don't eat oats anymore so that chewy texture is sometimes a challenge to achieve in a
cookie but this recipe does the trick perfectly!
I loved all
of my mom's homemade
cookies, especially
oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip, ginger - molasses, and a snickerdoodle —
type called Sand Tarts.
