The baking time will vary depending on
which type of pan you use, so I would suggest starting to check at 40 minutes.

I just made these and they are still in the oven, but it would be helpful to know the

The length of time roasting with depend on many things - the size of the veggies you've used, the heat of your oven,
type of pan you have, even how much water is in the veg is a factor.
You can bake these in
any type of pan you desire.
With
this type of pan you will probably have to use more oil because of the larger cooking surface.
They either stuck or I needed to spray oil to stop this — I used two different
types of pan to no avail.
Cooking time is of course going to be longer, and depending on
the type of pan you're using, you may need more coconut oil to keep them from sticking.
What
type of pan are you using to «fry» the pancakes on?
I didn't have
this type of pan, so I made it in a regular skillet on the stove top.
And since I roast so many veggies I did a search on what
type of pan is the best for roast vegetables.
