post because I used to write my recipes into the
post rather than a focused recipe.
And
because I've decided that if I
post a «not so healthy recipe»
of something, then I have to follow up with a healthy version
of that same
type of food.
Initially I wasn't sure if I was going to
post these Vegan Pistachio Lemon Truffles on the blog
because the internet is just so full
of these
types of recipes... but after we tried them, we just knew that they HAD to be featured on the blog so that we could share it with you crazy people.
My favorite
posts of yours are the ones where you reflect on life using food and food memories — I can truly relate
because all
of my fondest memories in life are somehow tied in to some
type of food, especially cake!
I stepped away from the more personal r discussion -
type posts for a while, and I seriously missed them... Not only
because writing them makes me feel good, but
because of the amount
of discussion they raise.

post, especially your acknowledgment that just
because we may want to live an ethically and environmentally correct life and do many things to support that does not mean we always do everything to support that lifestyle and that is OK as long as we continually strive to do better (if that is in fact the

of laughed as I read this
