type of salt do you use?

I
do however use
salted butter — that's the only
type I buy — and found that 1 TSB
of salt was too salty.
1 cup quinoa (I prefer red, but any
type will
do) 1.5 cups vegetable broth 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1 cup
of cooked black soybeans, rinsed (if using canned, recommend BPA - free Eden brand) 1/4 cup chopped kalamata olives 1 red bell pepper, roasted, peeled and diced 2 tablespoons minced flat - leaf parsley
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste 2 tablespoons fat - free feta cheese
Directions: Use a broad bottomed pan for faster cooking / Dissolve the
salt in the water / Add cornmeal gradually, whisking or stirring vigorously as you
do so / On medium heat, stir more or less continuously until liquid comes to a simmer and begins to thicken / Turn heat to low and, using a large spoon, continue to cook and give a thorough stir every minute or so / Polenta will continue to thicken and eventually begin to stick to itself, rather than to the pot / 15 — 25 minutes for cooking depending on size
of pot and
type of cornmeal.

type of saturated fat
does not need to be emulsified by bile
salts but is absorbed directly from the small intestine to the liver, where it is converted into quick energy.
Don't be too concerned about the
type of chili powder or
