The first section of salads calls for lentils, the second section has tofu and the last section has some
other type of veggie protein.
Keep bone broth handy in the pantry, it is a great bone builder and you can add
any type of veggie for an instant warming soup.
Basically
any type of veggie will work in this recipe.
We order a fair amount of Japanese takeout in my house, and usually
some type of veggie sushi is the main attraction.

another type of veggie that most people have no idea can be making their Arthritis WORSE... and that type of veggie is:
They both like any kind of juice with carrots in it, so I'd probably make
some type of a veggie blend featuring carrots.
Each type of veggie will provide not only different nutrients, but also different chewing motions to aid with tooth grinding (rabbit teeth are constantly growing!).
