I'm wondering if anyone used a different
type of ground meat, instead of turkey, and how did it turn out?
I like to experiment with combining different
types of ground meats so next time meatballs are on the menu I'll be testing this recip out.
However,
any type of ground meat would be great, you can certainly substitute ground beef or even turkey in place of the lamb.
When I brown
any type of ground meat I always use my potato masher, you know, the one like Grandma use to have, the squiggly one, I find it much easier.
A typical chili is made of
some type of ground meat (such as beef, venison, or bison), onions, water or broth, chili powder, tomatoes, and sometimes beans.
Only high end butcher shops and resturants offer
this type of ground meat.
Not exact matches
Reapers are also great to dehydrate and
grind up into powder or flakes that can be used to season all
types of meat.
You can also use other
ground meat such as pork, chicken, or some
types of seafood.
Most tacos, burritos, enchiladas and taco salads are all made with some
type of meat;
ground beef,
ground pork, chicken or steak.
That is where it's the hardest for me because those
types of meals help stretch out the expensive quality
meat that we are eating, but the fillers you typically see for say,
ground beef, are usually grains and dairy.

of skewered
meats both marinated and made with
ground meats called kebabs, and similar
types of layered rice pilafs.

of this chili even further, you can even mix the
ground meat you're using with

meats are the most nutrient - dense
meat types available.
Lean
meats and fish: Turkey, salmon,
ground beef, skinless chicken breast, and certain
types of fish (i.e. cod and mackerel) are the go - to choices for protein in the hiatal hernia diet.
