because I ve been eating vlc for a while now and usually every 100 grams
of let's say
pasta there is only around 70 grams
of carbs, and 100 grams
of pasta is A LOT
of pasta (
pasta is just an example, sorry english is not my first language -LRB-:) so I would need to double that amount and more for a few days..?
