You can use
any type of chocolate chip you like in this recipe.
I looked up the recipe and didn't have the two different
types of chocolate chips in house, so I used 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate and 1/2 cup white chocolate.
Depending on what
type of chocolate chips you use, your cookies may have a bit of refined sugar.
Feel free to use
any type of chocolate chip that your heart desires in these grain - free scones.

I knew I wanted this pudding to be extra

Feel free to play around with different kinds
of spices and add - ins: swap the almonds out for another
type of nut, add a different kind
