My pantry is always packed full
of canned goods
like chicken broth, diced
tomatoes, tuna, a few
types of beans, and corn just to name a few.
Speaking
of, I always
like tomatoes in my mac - and - cheese -
type meals, and especially these suuupah fresh local grape
tomatoes that just burst with sweet, juicy flavor.
This is the
type of taco filling that tastes great with some additional flavors,
like queso fresco,
tomato or sliced avocado.
If you already have another
type of pesto lying around,
like basil pesto or even sundried
tomato pesto, feel free to substitute that in as I'm sure the results will be delicious.

like Campbell's Condensed Light

like tomato sauce, orange juice), avoid drinking any
type of tea or coffee at meals, take citrus or vitamin C with iron - rich meals, or consider a modest amount
of a liquid - based iron elixir (e.g. a couple drops per day).
