Any fraudulent or
unauthorized use of the Card by Member is strictly prohibited, and may result in Member's termination or disqualification from the Program.
Please notify us, orally or in writing, at the address or telephone number shown on the Rate & Fee Disclosure accompanying the Agreement and on each billing statement of the loss, theft, or
possible unauthorized use of your Card.
South Moon Under does not accept responsibility for cards lost, damaged or stolen, or
any unauthorized use of cards.
If you notice the loss or theft of your credit card or a possible
unauthorized use of your card, you should notify us immediately at the phone number (s) and / or address provided per the then - current Rates and Fees Table.
If you don't report
an unauthorized use of your card within 60 days after the card issuer mails your statement to you, you risk unlimited loss; you could lose all the money in that account, the unused portion of your maximum line of credit established for overdrafts, and maybe more.
If your GECU credit card is lost or stolen, contact GECU Member Services immediately; a representative can cancel your credit card, order a new one, and deactivate your credit card in Google Pay to ensure there is
no unauthorized use of your card.
Generally, this means that if you report unauthorized charges to the issuers in a timely manner, you're not liable for
any unauthorized use of your card.
As well, the baggage benefit provides coverage for loss due to
the unauthorized use of your card.
