There are missionaries to Africa / Asia / Middle East that tell many stories of

say you don't but you don't LOVE him with all your heart.
It reminds me a little of the pastor who
says give your $ and you will be blessed - Oh I know you owe that rent and need food and clothes - but give to the church and you will be blessed - all this while there is a verse that
says a man who doesn't care for his own household is worse than an

Clive, you point out how others often don't understand what Jesus was
saying; but while Jesus often labors to try and make things clear to the
unbeliever («Oh, you of little faith) or at the very least the author tries to make it clear for us in retrospect (At the time they didn't understand that he spoke of this...), in this case Jesus switches from something that might be figurative to essentially
say «no, I seriously mean this» and it concludes not with Jesus
saying «don't go away, this is what I actually mean» but confirming that people would refuse to accept that God intended for them to actually fill themselves with the life that He offered so they stopped following him.
When someone else
says that all infidels must die, that the martyrs are blessed, and employ the Future Fail Fallacy, they believe that the extermination of
unbelievers is historically inevitable and even willed.
Sorry to
say that there are so many
unbelievers who comment on CNN that you are going to get a bunch of worldly backlash.
I hear what Sabio freely thinks I will understand you better if I think of you as an
unbeliever and I hear that you are thought of as an
unbeliever form what you freely

But when go to present these song to people I stop and consider about what these songs are going to
say to the

unbelievers explain fish skeletons scientists have found over the years in the clefts of mountain top ranges, shark teeth discovered all in the Arizona deserts — Of course we know it was the flood — To a lot of non believers I speak to; it's sad because as opposed to looking / researching God's many evidences that He has left there are so many willfully ignorant in listening to modern man's (& I might add) opinion with nothing to back up evolution theories.
Some may and do, but I would
say most come to also chat about religion and ask the questions that believers don't, that's usually when the name calling starts because believers get up in arms when they have trouble answering the tough questions and accuse any
unbelievers of being nasty and mean and trying to get them to stop believing in god.
It classes amongst
unbelievers those who
say «Allah is one of three» (5, 73), but that has never been orthodox Christian belief.
So just because we are believers, that don't mean we should allow
unbelievers and atheists to run amok and do and
say whatever you want.
We've all read the verse that
says, «Do not be yoked together with
unbelievers.»
The day the
Unbelievers are kneeling before Christ, they will be
saying man I thought those Christians were lying.
Sometimes what you
say makes me wonder if I wouldn't be happier socializing with
