This to me is a very pertinent conclusion as previous studies were lambasted at WUWT for showing those losses (and subsequently responded to by me over at Skeptical science) http://www.skepticalscience.com/Part-One-Why-do-glaciers-lose-ice.html http://www.skepticalscience.com/Part-2-How-do-we-measure-Antarctic-ice-changes.html http://www.skepticalscience.com/Part-Three-Response-to-Goddard.html So even with the
uncertainties lowered it is still clear that the
submarine portions of EAIS are losing more ice than the center part is gaining
in snowfall.
