The uncooked mixture was really sweet.
I make a pile, usually doubling up the recipe below, then freeze some of
the uncooked mixture so there are usually some to hand, just defrost before baking.
Cook for 2 - 3 minutes until the bottom begins to set, using a spatula to lift the edges so that
the uncooked mixture can flow to the bottom of the pan.
The uncooked mixture was different to first time but I did use different chocolate this time though.
I also freeze some of
the uncooked mixture.
