It seems out of character for First Things to open the door to a suggestion that we place
ourselves under that anathema.
If you do that, then you are an outsider, and this places you under cherem,

under the influence of the Holy Spirit) that the reason Jesus died is because He was suffering the consequences for sin, or for living in a sinful, human body.
