Place in the oven
under broil and watch it CAREFULLY!
We especially like leaving it in the oven a bit longer, even
under broil for just a bit until it kind of chars and gets crispy.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes (uncovered) so that pasta becomes set then put
under the broil on low for a few minutes until the topping is golden brown.
They are lovely sliced raw but I throw
them under a broil for a few minutes to char.
I even briefly put the finished pan
under the broiled to try and melt the chocolate to get it smoother.
Honestly, you could even toast up to slices of bread, add the topping, and place it open faced
under a broiled for a minute or two.

Place the tray
under the broiler and
broil for 5 - 10 minutes, depending on your broiler, until the grapefruits are caramelized and slightly charred on top.
About 5 minutes before your batter's rest is complete, place a 10 - inch cast iron skillet

Made these last night, only put half
under the broiler, the other half I put a little sauce on and then into refrigerator to
broil tonight.
