I have a majorly bad case of baggy and dark

eyes and the fact that I'm a night owl doesn't help me one bit!

According to me,
eye - cream doesn't help in getting rid of dark
circles but I highly suggest using one because as moisturizing face is important focusing on area

What I did in the video just incase you didn't understand were the following things, first I applied Rigid Collodion and as soon as it dried I applied a light layer of my lightest foundation (avoiding my
under eye area so my dark
circles would be visible) then I took mi my blue and beige
eye shadow shades and darken my
eye hallows.
I don't expect it'll completely cancel my dark
circles (it's a cream,
not magic), but it makes my
under eye area better in general.
The times I've worn this foundation, I didn't use any concealer at all because I wanted to see how well it covers dark
circles and also how well it wore; so I just built it up
under my
eyes and around my nose.
I don't like my naked face either — uneven skin tone and horribly dark genetic

Honestly, I don't really need to wear concealer as I don't suffer from
under eye circles, the only discoloration I have on my face is just slight redness around my nose.

under eye cirles, and this is my skin tone so it lightens my
circles just a little bit.

eye cream is great for reducing dark
circles and puffiness
under your
eyes, but I don't think it does anything for fine lines.
