Mr. Speaker, we note that several transition programs run
under the various government institutions and agencies including the Ministry of

New Schools There are two ways of creating new schools: either by providers applying to the Department for
Education (DfE)
under the free school programme (which has become the government's main tool for tackling the school place shortage), or by a
local authority inviting bids from providers as part of a «new provision».

Education Act 2002 or the School Finance Regulations for maintained schools, nor

Education vote to turnaround ten more Chicago schools, the school reform research group Designs for Change has released a report showing that school turnarounds are not worth the extra expense, and that the unheralded reforms brought about

Two - year - old free entitlement From September 2014, two - year - old children adopted from
